Remote Head of CRM / Retention Lead - D2C (m/f/d)

Turnover Recruitment is currently filling a Head of CRM position for an established D2C brand.

The company achieves over €100 million in annual revenue and is looking for an individual to strategically and technically advance CRM and shape the next growth phase together with a cross-functional team.

100% remote within Germany.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a CRM and Retention team.
• Responsibility for the further development of the CRM and Lifecycle strategy with a focus on sustainable growth and customer loyalty.
• Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of data-based optimization measures along the entire customer lifecycle.
• Conception and optimization of automated customer journeys across various CRM channels.
• Close collaboration with the Performance Marketing, E-Commerce, and Product departments to continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Prioritization of projects and resources, as well as fostering a self-reliant and data-driven way of working within the team.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing, as well as initial or multi-year leadership experience.
• Experience in the D2C, E-Commerce, or Subscription environment, ideally with complex products (e.g., supplements, health, beauty, or consumer brands).
• Strong understanding of relevant CRM and Retention KPIs, as well as a data-driven approach to work.
• Experience in the development and optimization of customer journeys and CRM campaigns.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and strong execution skills.
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration and developing teams.
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2) as well as good English language skills.
