As External Communications / Investor Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners. • Designing and implementing comprehensive investor relations programs that effectively communicate WBL's value proposition and growth strategy. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure WBL's communications are informed and effective. • Developing and maintaining internal communication channels to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and achievements. • Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement strategic communications plans that align with WBL's overall business objectives. • Providing guidance and support to other departments on external communications best practices and protocols. • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, correspondence, and communications with stakeholders. • Participating in regular meetings with senior leadership to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Developing and managing budgets for investor relations and marketing initiatives. • Collaborating with the HR department to develop and implement employee engagement programs that drive morale, retention, and productivity.
