We are looking for a Data Operations Manager for a high-volume, business-critical data environment. You will act as the central point of control for data quality, governance, and delivery — ensuring data is accurate, validated, and ready to support compliance outputs on time. Key Skills & Experience Strong data operations and data quality management experience Proven leadership of technical/data teams Experience with process standardisation and governance frameworks Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Knowledge of SQL and database management systems Experience working with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure Strong analytical and mathematical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Data Operations Manager responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain data quality processes and procedures Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data requirements Provide training and support for data users and teams Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs Identify and escalate potential data quality issues to senior management Data Operations Manager qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in data operations, data quality management, or a related field Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices Experience with data visualization tools and cloud-based data platforms Certifications in data science, analytics, or a related field are an asset
