My client is an established law firm with a growing corporate department and seeking a qualified corporate solicitor to take on an existing caseload in a fully remote working position.

Your role will involve:

• Dealing with share and asset disposal and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership and LLP agreements
• Corporate finance
• Be active in relationship building with existing clients and referrers

What do you need?

• To be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
• At least 2 years' experience practicing corporate and commercial law
