Your profile

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in accounting and bring solid expertise with you. Knowledge of object accounting is an advantage
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and very meticulous in your work style
• Team-oriented and reliable – you enjoy working with others and supporting them when needed
• Experience working with standard ERP systems (e.g. Domus, PowerHaus, Immoware24, Impower) is an advantage
• Floppy German language skills are required

Your tasks

• Take over the ongoing accounting of real estate objects, including accounting and booking of business transactions
• Be responsible for rent accounting, including creating operating cost statements
• Identify potential for optimizing our processes and bring your own ideas to the table
• Work closely with the management team to drive the success of the company forward
