Hi! We’re Tendril, a fast-growing tech startup helping sales teams succeed. We’re looking for motivated, reliable people in Mexico and Latin America who want to earn extra income from home by joining our team of Agents.

As a Remote Agent, you’ll make outbound calls using our platform and connect contacts with our Representatives. Your job is simple:
✅ Handle the gatekeeper
✅ Follow the script
✅ Transfer the call when ready

No selling. No cold pitching. Just facilitating the connection.

✔ You’re looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity (Monday to Friday, no weekends)
✔ You want to earn hourly income from home
✔ You have a quiet workspace and reliable internet
✔ You enjoy talking to people and following clear processes

Join scheduled hourly calling sessions using our platform
Make a high volume of outbound calls
Speak with live contacts, transfer qualified calls, and overcome objections with simple rebuttals
Take notes and multi-task effectively
Work with a friendly, international team

✔ Intermediate English (B1 or higher; stronger English = more hours)
✔ Strong communication and active listening skills
✔ Basic computer skills (Google Workspace tools)
✔ Reliable equipment:
• Computer with 8GB RAM minimum
• Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor (or better)
• 100 Mbps internet speed or higher
• Headset with microphone
✔ Call center or phone experience is a plus
