We're here to help! ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE As a zero hours security officer at the Guildhall, there will be plenty of opportunity to obtain work. This important role is the public face of the Guildhall and is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the centre, its staff and visitors. The role will involve a range of duties including but not limited to: * Providing a visible and approachable presence at the Guildhall * Responding to incidents and emergencies * Assisting with the management of events and activities * Providing support to the Guildhall's staff and visitors * Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all interactions with the public are professional and courteous.
