Reliability Engineer M/F/X

Job description

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to optimize the use of technical data, analyze failures, and pilot corrective actions to improve the performance of our fleet.

Missions :

To exploit and optimize technical data to track and anticipate the behavior of the fleet.
To standardize failure analysis and pilot the network of actors (repairmen, engineers, etc.).
To ensure effective management of contributors to performance (repairmen, technical teams, engineering).
To follow and measure the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.
To identify and anticipate future failures by exploiting experience feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree + 5 in engineering or a similar field.
5 years of experience in a similar role, in the industrial sector.
Skills in data analysis, performance management, and team management.
A sense of organization, rigor, and teamwork spirit.
You know how to work in French and English.
