Reliability Engineer

Description of the job

• Act with ethics, secrecy and compliance to the company's standards, ensuring quality and reliability in processes.
• Provide technical assistance internally and on-site, offering solutions, orientations and training to clients and teams.
• SUPPORT management in preparing technical proposals and identifying new business opportunities.
• Perform analyses of rotating equipment: pumps, agitators, reactors, mechanical seals, sealing systems, lubrication, and power transmission, proposing improvements and innovative solutions together with engineering.
• Conduct studies, projects, and technical follow-ups, ensuring deadlines, results, and customer satisfaction.
• Orient clients on inventory management of spare parts and support reducing operational failures.
• Issue technical and managerial reports, ensuring clear communication and recording information.
• Promote training on technologies and best practices for applying John Crane products.
• Maintain knowledge about the product portfolio, technological advancements, and internal processes, suggesting continuous improvements.
• Perform other related activities as needed and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor.
