Reliability Engineer

The Role The Reliability Engineer is responsible for designing, leading, and executing the plant's asset reliability strategy throughout the entire lifecycle of equipment. This role focuses on advanced failure analysis, risk evaluation, and data-driven maintenance optimization to ensure a preventive, high-performance, and cost-efficient operation. The position identifies and eliminates recurring failures, improves asset availability, and reduces total lifecycle cost (LCC) by integrating reliability into all aspects of plant operations. This includes the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies, root cause failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Reliability Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of plant operations, including equipment design, procurement, installation, testing, operation, and maintenance.
