Your tasks

• Coordination and control of Agile Release Trains (ART) including planning and conducting PI Planning Events, as well as ensuring program goals are met

• Servant Leadership and coaching teams to continuous improvement and fostering a Lean-Agile mindset

• Supporting Scrum Masters, Product/System Managers, and Product Owners in adhering to agile practices

• Ensuring transparency of progress through Program Boards, Burndown Charts, and regular communication with stakeholders

• Identifying and eliminating obstacles at the ART level, as well as supporting teams in risk analysis and strategy development

• Building and maintaining customer relationships to departments and development teams, as well as steering relevant stakeholders

• Inspiring and motivating the organization as a Change Agent to implement agile principles

Must-Requirements

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking

• Certification as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent qualification

• Over five years of relevant professional experience

• Proven project experience in the IT and digitalization field, as well as fundamental methodological competence in agile frameworks

• Several years of experience in the role of Release Train Engineer according to SAFe or a comparable function as Agile Coach

• Outstanding skills in customer and stakeholder management, as well as leadership skills in the sense of Servant Leadership approach

• Independent, structured working style, as well as high assertiveness and decision-making competence

• Ability to inspire and motivate as a Change Agent to establish agile principles

• Project experience in the specific industry or with comparable end customers
