Release Manager m/f/d

We are looking for a Release Manager (m/f/d) to manage and coordinate software releases in a demanding IT environment. Your tasks: * Planning, coordination, and monitoring of software releases * Coordination with business departments, operations teams, and other stakeholders * Review of release documents as well as support for tests and acceptances * Ensuring the availability of necessary resources at the time of release * Analysis and monitoring of release behavior as well as initiation of appropriate measures in case of disruptions * Management, tracking, and documentation of work packages * Support in the continuous optimization of release and ITSM processes Your profile: * Very good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form (native speaker or language level C1/C2 according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages) * Knowledge and experience in the field of project management * Experience in public administration * Project experience in the KONSENS project * Proficiency in the tools used in the project, JIRA and Confluence, as well as common MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must-haves: * Certificates in the field of project management, e.g., Certified Project Manager (IPMA), Project Management Professional (PMI), Certified Project Manager (GPM), Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM), Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA) * Experience in project management * Experience in public administration * Experience with the KONSENS project * Proficiency in the tools used in the project - Jira and Confluence Framework * Long-term project environment * Hybrid model with regular on-site presence in Düsseldorf * Start from January 2027 We look forward to your application!
