Release Manager

Release Manager Place of work: Gdańsk Technologies we use Expected Jira Confluence About the project As a Release Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that new releases to Bank's technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with Bank's standards. You will be working with many different stakeholders such as other release managers, Test managers, Product owners, Execution leads, Scrum Masters, and Developers. Your main responsibilities will include: • Planning and coordinating releases to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features and bug fixes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements for each release. • Developing and maintaining release plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is gathered and documented for each release. • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of releases, identifying and mitigating risks, and making adjustments as needed. • Ensuring compliance with Bank's standards and policies throughout the release process. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in release management, project management, or a related field. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Jira and Confluence is expected.
