Release Manager Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Technologies we use Expected Jira Confluence Optional CICD microservices setup Jenkins Digital.ai About the project As a Release Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that new releases to technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with standards. You will be working with many different stakeholders such as other release managers, Test managers, Product owners, Scrum masters, DevOps engineers, IT teams, and external partners. Your main tasks will include: • Planning and coordinating releases to ensure timely delivery of new features and bug fixes; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements for each release; • Developing and maintaining release plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is gathered and documented; • Ensuring that releases are properly tested and validated before deployment; • Monitoring and reporting on the status of each release; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with each release; • Maintaining accurate records of all releases, including documentation, testing results, and issue tracking. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in release management or similar role; • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools is a plus.
