Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and highly customer focussed Relationship Manager to join our team of specialists in Auckland to sell our comprehensive range of consulting services. You will step into an established, solid customer base and have the responsibility for growing several significant accounts in the Auckland Region. We have a large and varied customer base that recognises our ability to deliver high quality services to transform their businesses by using the latest best-of-breed technologies.
You will be supported by our extensive group of technical experts, some of whom are leaders in their field both locally and globally.
You are passionate about providing excellence in service, possess an inquisitive mind, ask the right questions, know when to listen, and care about our customers getting the right solution. By strengthening these relationships, you will broaden the breadth of services delivered to these customers and grow overall revenue. You have an ear to the ground in your industry and have a wide local network enabling you to develop new business.
Skills and Experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako
- Have solid experience in IT solution and services selling to small and large enterprise accounts
- Relationship driven, professional and with the passion to deliver on expectations
- Experience managing and growing accounts, networks and relationships and closing new business opportunities
- Have a broad understanding across a wide range of solutions in the IT sector
- Ability to interact at all levels, end users through to senior executives, holding both technical and business conversations
- Proficient in managing and staying on top of multiple customer and project activities
- Well-connected across the Auckland region with personal networks within the business community
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
- Previous IT software and consulting sales experience is mandatory.
