Relationship Manager

Position: Relationship Manager Locations: Noida & Ghaziabad CTC: Up to 5 LPA Experience: Minimum 1 Year Role Overview: We are looking for result-oriented and motivated Relationship Managers to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sourcing and market development. The role demands strong relationship-building, market awareness, and sales execution skills. Key Responsibilities: Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct and open market channels. Achieve individual targets as assigned by the organization. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan or LAP sales. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Result-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets. Knowledge of the local market and customer base. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
