Job Title: Relationship Manager Location: Haryana CTC: Up to 5 LPA Product: CASA Experience: Minimum 2 Years in CASA / Branch Banking Key Responsibilities: Acquire new CASA accounts through branch banking and open market sourcing. Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers to enhance CASA book. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Cross-sell banking products as per customer needs. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in CASA / Branch Banking. Strong understanding of CASA products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet sales targets. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
