About the Role We’re looking for a driven and culturally adaptable Relationship Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of SME and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow their businesses. • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective business strategies, leveraging the bank’s resources and expertise. • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that clients are well-informed and well-supported. • Foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous learning within the team. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, or a related discipline). • At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with SME and corporate clients. • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
