Relationship Manager (RM)

A national level online platform which facilitates financing of receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers via a bidding model. In the business of opening of accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of invoices by way of Factoring / Reverse Factoring and also provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time. It manages and operates an online receivable discounting platform (B2B market place) for facilitating the financing of MSMEs' receivables through a bidding process, thereby enabling them to access timely funds at competitive rates. The RM will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely settlement of invoices. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, financiers, and other stakeholders. • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them. • Negotiating deals and agreements with clients and financiers. • Ensuring timely settlement of invoices and managing the overall cash flow. • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and financiers. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments. • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. The ideal candidate should have: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, or related). • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Professional). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with financial markets and instruments (e.g., factoring, reverse factoring). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
