Job Title: Relationship Manager – Retail Advisory Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi Role Summary: You will advise clients on securities and capital market products. You focus on suitability, risk alignment and long-term portfolio outcomes while operating within regulatory boundaries. We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in securities advisory or broking. Strong knowledge of Indian capital markets and products. NISM certifications as a prerequisite. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment objectives. • Provide personalized advice on securities and capital market products to help clients achieve their financial goals. • Conduct thorough analysis of client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth, optimize returns and minimize risks. • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by the organization. • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions and portfolio performance. • Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. • Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships within the industry. • Stay up-to-date with market trends, products and services to provide innovative solutions to clients.
