Relationship Manager Institutional Clients
Job description
- As Relationship Manager B2B, you actively manage an existing customer portfolio of demanding institutional clients and external asset managers (EAMs).
- You strive to provide your customers with the best service and build relationships further.
- You are in constant contact with your customers, whether by phone, email or personal customer meetings, and support them in their daily business as the first point of contact for the bank.
- You support clients in placing non-online tradable stock exchange orders, forex transactions, etc.
- You help clients with administrative and technical inquiries and make arrangements of all kinds.
- In addition to the predefined group goals, you also have personal growth and earnings targets that are regularly monitored
