Relationship Manager (French Speaker)

Relationship Manager – French Market The candidate will be part of the team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the French market. This role requires a strong understanding of the French financial market and its regulations, as well as excellent communication skills in both English and French. The ideal candidate will have experience in relationship management, preferably within the banking or financial sector. He/she should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality. The Relationship Manager – French Market will report directly to the Head of the French Market and will be based in Paris. Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the French market; • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the French market; • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that client needs are met; • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies; • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth; • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients; • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Finance, Banking or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial sector; • Excellent communication skills in English and French; • Strong understanding of the French financial market and its regulations; • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively; • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
