Relationship Manager - FI & NBFI

Department - FI (Financial Institutions) & NBFI (Non-Bank Financial Institutions) About the client Our client is a prominent banking institution in Asia Pacific About the role The candidate will be responsible to maintaining and growing banking relationships with FI and NBFIs as part of the overall Singapore Corporate Banking strategy. Responsibilities Maintain and handle the existing FI/NBFI accounts, and closely work with the team to selectively and gradually grow the FI/NBFI segment portfolio. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining and growing banking relationships with FI and NBFIs • Developing and implementing strategies to increase the FI/NBFI segment portfolio • Collaborating with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at FI and NBFIs • Providing exceptional customer service to FI and NBFIs • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge • Working closely with the team to ensure alignment with the overall Singapore Corporate Banking strategy. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, business, or a related field) • At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the Asia Pacific region • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Strong understanding of the Singapore banking industry and regulatory environment • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to different cultural norms and practices.
