Job Description – Relationship Manager
Vertical: Educational Institution Finance
Role: Relationship Manager (RM)
Locations:
Telangana: Hyderabad, Suryapet
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
About the Role:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing Educational Institution clients. The role focuses on sourcing new relationships, understanding institutional funding requirements, and building a sustainable portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new Educational Institution clients through direct sourcing
• Manage relationships with schools, colleges, trusts, and coaching institutes
• Source and process finance requirements as per eligibility norms
• Conduct field visits and market mapping in assigned geography
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure timely renewals
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursals
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy adherence
