What we're looking for: • A Relationship Consultant/ Psychology Expert who is passionate about building meaningful connections between people. • Someone with a strong understanding of human psychology and behavior, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. • A creative problem-solver who is able to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions. • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions. • A self-starter who is motivated by a sense of purpose and can work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to understand their values, interests, and goals. • Analyze client data to identify patterns and trends that can inform matchmaking decisions. • Develop personalized matchmaking strategies for clients based on their unique characteristics and preferences. • Collaborate with the Verona team to ensure seamless integration of matchmaking services. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the matchmaking process. Requirements: • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience working as a Relationship Consultant/ Psychology Expert. • Strong understanding of human psychology and behavior, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
