Luxury Travel Consultant (m/w/d) - German-speaking | remote

Your Tasks:

• Consulting our premium cardholders – telephone and email consultations on German and English
• Prioritizing customer inquiries from offer preparation to settlement of individual travel arrangements
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
• Creating tailored offers and travel documents as well as developing travel plans
• Passionate consulting and mediation of travel experiences
• Active sales of special promotions and exclusive offers

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Excellent language skills in professional German and English, written and spoken (C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference)
• Additionals language skills in French or Italian are advantageous
• Degree from a university or equivalent training, ideally in the tourism industry
• Multiple years of experience in the travel industry, with a travel agency or tour operator
• Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and very good destination knowledge
• Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
• Service orientation, flexibility, and resilience
• Positive attitude and identification with the values of Ten Group
• Strong communication skills
• Availability to work full-time
• Flexibility: willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday
