Cleaner (m/f/d) part-time, 10 hours / week

Work location: 1040 Vienna, Argentinierstraße 71 (medical practice)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM–10:00 PM each day
Start date: from December 1, 2025

Responsibilities

Your tasks

• Cleaning of waiting areas, hallways, and sanitary facilities
• Application of modern cleaning methods including dry steam cleaning (“steam dragon”)
• Refilling consumables & care of equipment
• Daily feedback to team leadership – clean work, clean communication

Your profile

• Reliable, punctual, and tidy – you have an eye for detail
• You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner
• Willingness for evening work (8 PM–10 PM)
• Friendly, discreet demeanor – cleanliness is more than just a job for you
• Basic German language skills are an advantage

Remuneration (according to collective agreement 2025 – building cleaning, wage group 6)

• € 12.24 gross per hour
• Weekly working hours: 10 hours (Mon–Fri)
• Monthly gross salary: approx. € 489.60
• In addition, vacation & Christmas bonus → resulting in an average of approx. € 530 gross per month incl. special payments
• Marginal employment threshold 2025: € 551.10 gross/month
