Rehabilitation Consultant / Social Worker

As a Rehabilitation Consultant / Social Worker, you will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert advice and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and regain their independence. This role will involve working with clients to identify and address any barriers to their recovery, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress, and for contributing to the development of our services and processes. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about rehabilitation and social work, and who is committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
