Our team of highly skilled allied health professionals, including occupational therapists, exercise physiologists and physiotherapists, work together to deliver a comprehensive and holistic approach to rehabilitation. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with clients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. This role is ideal for a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and live life to its fullest potential. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional and cognitive abilities to identify their strengths, limitations and goals. • Developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. • Providing psychological or physical supports to clients, including education, training, and counseling. • Collaborating with clients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the rehabilitation plan is effective and meets the client's needs. • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the rehabilitation plan and making adjustments as needed. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, rehabilitation plans and progress. • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in the field of occupational rehabilitation. • Contributing to the development of new programs, services and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
