Rehabilitation Consultant - OT / EP / Physio

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with clients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional and cognitive abilities to identify their strengths, limitations and goals. • Developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. • Providing psychological or physical supports to clients, including education, training, and counseling. • Collaborating with clients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the rehabilitation plan is effective and meets the client's needs. • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the rehabilitation plan and making adjustments as needed. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, rehabilitation plans and progress. • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in the field of occupational rehabilitation. • Contributing to the development of new programs, services and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
