Job Description How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Conducting occupational therapy assessments, activities of daily functional capacity, home and workplace ergonomic and equipment needs. Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence. Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies. Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions. Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower individuals to achieve their goals. Providing expert advice on equipment and technology to support rehabilitation. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Facilitating communication between healthcare professionals, employers, and individuals to promote effective rehabilitation outcomes.
