About the Role
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to consultants across different career stages
- Provide hands-on mentoring to guide consultants toward clinical and professional milestones
- Track outcomes and analyse performance data to refine and evolve learning strategies
- Collaborate with internal experts to enhance training resources and development pathways
- Take ownership of all learning and development activities, managing priorities across the business
- Implement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, consultant confidence, and long-term retention
- Contribute to strategic planning by advising senior leaders on workforce capability and performance
- Align training programs with organisational goals, values, and client outcomes
- Build and sustain a culture of excellence through proactive coaching and best-practice leadership

- Full AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA registration

- Confident leader with strong people skills
