Job description

Our Regulatory Reporting department is responsible for ensuring that our financial reports are accurate, complete, and comply with regulatory requirements. As a member of this team, you will be involved in the preparation of financial statements, the analysis of financial data, and the development of reporting tools. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that our financial reports are integrated into our overall business strategy. The tasks and responsibilities of this position include: • Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in accordance with IFRS and national accounting standards; • Analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Development of reporting tools and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy in our financial reports; • Collaboration with other departments to integrate financial reports into our overall business strategy; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines; • Identification and mitigation of risks associated with financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; • Familiarity with financial reporting software such as SAP or Oracle.
