As part of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met in relation to payments and digital products across APAC. This includes developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring ongoing compliance with relevant regulations. You will also work closely with the Head of Compliance, APAC, and other stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement compliance programs for payments and digital products across APAC • Conduct risk assessments and monitor ongoing compliance with relevant regulations • Collaborate with the Head of Compliance, APAC, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and implement changes as necessary • Develop and maintain relationships with regulators and industry organizations to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, finance, business) • At least 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for payments and digital products across APAC • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with compliance software and systems • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CCO, CFP) is an asset.
