Regulatory and Compliance Specialist

Are you in possession of a degree in Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry and have gained experience in regulatory and compliance in a structured chemical industry company? Responsibilities - Complete management of regulatory processes for substances/mixtures: registrations, notifications, and authorizations before competent authorities (EU/CH) - Guarantee of normative conformity in support of commercial and logistical activities (import/export, supply chain, traceability) - Implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of compliance systems and internal controls - Translation of regulatory requirements into operational procedures (SOP), instructing internal teams and supporting clients - Collaboration with document management and traceability of the Quality Management System company-wide - Collaboration with audits/inspections and cross-functional roles (Operations, Sales, Logistics, HSE) Your profile - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related fields - Previous experience of at least 5 years in regulatory and compliance for chemical substances in industrial contexts - Proven experience in registration, notification, and authorization processes before European and Swiss authorities - Experience in implementing and monitoring compliance systems to support commercial and logistical activities - Specialist knowledge of European and Swiss regulations applicable to substances/mixtures - Preferable knowledge of CLP and REACH regulations, and regulations related to controlled substances and precursor chemicals - Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS), traceability, and document management principles - Good knowledge of English; knowledge of German would be a plus - Ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements into clear and applicable procedures; attitude towards supporting internal teams and clients - Familiarity with sector certification schemes (e.g. ISO, etc.) - Precision, autonomy, and risk-based approach - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Orientation towards results and cross-functional work Vantages - Operational role in an international context - Continuous innovation in a dynamic environment - Professional growth through continuous training programs - Collaborative and inclusive work environment - Attention to balance between private life and work with flexible working options Contact Interested?
