Opportunity:

Operating within the REACH & Regulatory Affairs Department, supporting all Group plants and reporting directly to the Head of Department, the resource will contribute to ensuring the regulatory compliance of products and company processes and will be involved in the following activities:

  • Preparation, review, updating, and management of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, in compliance with current legislation;
  • Support in managing the requirements of REACH, CLP Regulations, and other national and international regulations applicable to the chemical sector;
  • Technical-regulatory support to Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Production, Purchasing, and Quality functions, providing regulatory advice during the various stages of the product life cycle;
  • Management of regulatory requests from customers and distributors, preparing the necessary technical documentation (questionnaires, declarations of conformity, certifications, responses to specific requests, and regulatory documentation);
  • Collaboration with colleagues in the department to update the sales team on the progress of regulatory projects and on key regulatory developments of interest;
  • Use and updating of databases and IT systems dedicated to the management of regulatory documentation;
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing regulatory processes and standardizing company procedures;
  • Performance of any other activity related to Regulatory Affairs functions, in compliance with company procedures and Group compliance standards.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Master's degree in scientific disciplines, preferably Chemistry, CTF (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology), Safety assessment of xenobiotics and biotechnological products, or related fields;
  • Experience in the Regulatory field of one to three years;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language and main IT tools (including, in particular, Excel);
  • Flexibility, responsibility, and proactivity complete the profile.


Offer:

  • Salary range between € 30,000 and € 34,000;
  • Applied National Collective Bargaining Agreement: Chimica Industria (Chemical Industry);
  • Second-level bargaining which provides more favorable conditions in terms of both economic benefits and flexibility;
  • Work location: Arese, Lombardy, Italy.
