Regulator in Injection H/F

Manpower . - You assemble and disassemble molds using current documents and peripherals - You perform settings - You put machines into operation with all necessary safety measures + control pace + SPC - You validate series starts - You control injected parts (dimensional / aesthetic) and ensure the quality required. - You resolve injection problems by having an improvement approach linked to technical staff - You benefit from a CFC training in synthetic materials or BAC PRO/BTS in plastics. - You prove at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a cutting-edge industry (medical, aerospace, electronics) - You master ARBURG injection presses - You master technical materials such as PEEK, PSU, PEI, PPSU - You master plan reading. - You master control devices such as profile projector, buffer gauge, micrometer. - You have good notions of SPC piloting. - You are fluent in French. - You ensure a high level of quality in your function. - You are rigorous, methodical and respect procedures. - You possess a good team spirit while working independently. - You are flexible and have the sense of initiative and priorities. - The stability of a Swiss independent group, dynamic and continuously successful. - The motivation to participate in creating high-end solutions renowned worldwide. - A warm and stimulating work environment with a team close to its teams. - A framework for work with equipment and infrastructure designed to help you excel, progress and evolve. - The satisfaction of creating a better future by contributing to protecting and bringing people closer together, developing and sharing knowledge, optimizing production and resource utilization.
