Randstad inhouse is looking for motivated Regulators (F/H) to join the HEXCEL REINFORCEMENTS company based in Avenières (38):
Participate in the production of high-performance products made in France at our renowned client's site, thanks to their expertise and high-quality products.
You will work in an innovative environment offering products for the aerospace and defense industries, as well as the automotive, marine, and rail industries. Your advantages:
- your agency directly on-site to better follow you and facilitate your life

- the work takes place in a factory that continues to modernize, with moderate physical constraints and equipped social areas (refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines)
Your missions:
Under the responsibility of the workshop chief, you will need to regulate the looms and ensure their startup with the goal of weaving the product as quickly as possible while ensuring a high level of quality and the durability of the machine.
- regulate the line, launch it, and monitor operations
- check the quality of the fabrics produced according to site standards and alert if necessary.
- ensure level 1 maintenance.
- record production follow-up
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- your strengths:
- Your reactivity and dynamism will be your best allies for completing your missions.
- To succeed in this role, your enthusiasm and learning capacity will make the difference
- You possess a first professional experience in line management/Regulator or a technical diploma
- Rigorous and autonomous: this will be an asset for you.
- You are available on 2x8 / night / weekend schedules
- You master French to complete traceability documents
