CNC Regulator (M/F)

Manpower, as part of a fixed-term contract, is seeking for one of its clients, a watchmaking company located in the Neuchâtel mountains, a CNC Regulator (M/F). Your missions: - Carry out setting, series changes and production follow-up - Perform settings on numerical control machines and tool corrections - Ensure compliance with pieces by guaranteeing their quality (dimensional and aesthetic self-control) - Maintain processes set up by Methods - Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (time savings, tool savings etc.) - Participate in team dynamics by fostering communication and mutual aid within the team. - Realize the setup of all tools (pliers and cutting tools) - Carry out preventive maintenance on CNC machines Your profile: - Holder of a CFC Polymécanicien/ne or equivalent title - Mastery of CNC machines (CT500/501) - Knowledge of language (Fanuc/Siemens) - Mastery of reading plans - Mastery of control devices such as micrometer, slide caliper, Marcel Aubert, attribute control. - Rigorous, methodical and respectful of procedures. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment - Adept at working in daytime or 2x8 or night shifts.
