Registered Service Manager Location: Ipswich, Suffolk Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum We are working with a highly regarded care provider who is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead their supported living service in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on making a real difference and has the drive to lead and inspire a dedicated team. The Service: This supported living service is a welcoming and vibrant home for individuals who require support with daily living tasks, personal care, and social interaction. The service is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, choice, and control. The ideal candidate will be a registered manager with a strong background in adult social care, with experience of leading a team and managing a service. The role will involve: • Leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users. • Developing and implementing service plans that meet the needs of service users and are aligned with the provider's values and goals. • Building and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of quality and safety in the service. • Managing budgets and resources to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the service. • Collaborating with other services and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to service delivery. • Providing support and guidance to care staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and support. • Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise in the service. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports. • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
