As a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Medical City Alliance, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in the NICU, including but not limited to: administering oxygen therapy, providing ventilator management, and performing arterial blood gas analysis. You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification; 1-2 years of experience in a NICU setting; ability to lift 50 pounds; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and strong communication and teamwork skills.
