Registered Physiotherapist

We are currently looking for a Registered Physiotherapist (PT) for a Long Term Care client in Southwold, Ontario. The Physiotherapist will work closely with residents to develop individualized treatment plans to help improve/maintain their mobility and overall health. Schedule: 7.5 Hours PT Service per week Job Duties: Perform physiotherapy assessments/re-assessments, and create treatment plans with clear and measurable goals for retirement home care residents. Provide clinical physiotherapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities as required. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
