Job description
We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist for a Long Term Care home client in Georgetown, Ontario. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with residents to help improve their activities of daily living. Schedule: 6 Hours per week OR 12 hours biweekly - TEMPORARY: June 24 - September 24 2024 Job Duties: Conduct OT/ADP assessments for residents per College standards, develop individualized treatment plans, and document all progress notes in the facility’s health record system…
