Registered Nurses - Surgical Ward | Hobart

There are exciting openings for Registered Nurses to join the 39-bed Surgical Ward and help shape what high-quality patient care looks like at a private hospital in Hobart. There are both permanent part-time and full-time positions available. You will work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster of early, late and night shifts. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Providing evidence-based care for surgical patients post-operation; Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care; Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans; Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care; Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes; ABOUT THE TEAM You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
