Opportunities have arisen for highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join the Surgical Ward at a private hospital in Regional NSW. There are permanent part-time (64 hours per fortnight) positions for a better work-life balance. ABOUT THE POSITION The successful candidates will be joining a fantastic Surgical Ward consisting of Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynaecology, ENT, General Surgery, Medical and Rehabilitation, including the use of Robotics. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the Registered Nurses will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of the ward's policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. REQUIREMENTS Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
