KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). Current experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or a similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care. Ability to contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
