ABOUT THE ROLE As an ICU Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include the following: Supporting the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the exceptional care provided to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. This will involve working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conducting patient assessments, and providing high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the exceptional care provided to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). Current experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or a similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care. Ability to contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
