  • Permanent full-time role
  • Set shifts Monday to Friday

We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader to join a small, but close-knit team of Radiology nurses.

Based in Central Auckland, with several locations across the city, the clinic provides a comprehensive range of imaging services, ranging from general x-rays to advanced molecular imaging and theranostics.

You'll bring strong clinical knowledge and people leadership skills to foster a calm, professional environment where both patients and staff feel supported to achieve excellence.

Your role will also be central in shaping the patient experience, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care, while modelling best practice and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Radiology Nurses
  • Guide and support a talented team to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care
  • Foster collaboration across departments, lead new initiatives with positivity, and help shape a positive culture
  • Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations in interventional imaging
  • Oversee daily operations, manage rosters and staffing
  • Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical compliance

Skills and Experience:

  • Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and current APC
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior nursing or team leadership role
  • Team leadership, performance management and mentoring experience
  • Experience in Radiology nursing with a firm understanding of radiology clinical protocols
  • Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
