Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care according to individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Monitor clients’ health and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, clients, and families to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation complying with care standards
- Support clients’ emotional and social wellbeing
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with AHPRA registration
- Previous aged care experience preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (for travel between sites)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and across multiple locations
