New opportunities have arisen for Registered Nurses with experience in Orthopaedics / Neurosurgery and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join a Scrub Scout Team at a private hospital in Perth.
ABOUT THE POSITION As the Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Additionally, the hospital now boasts three brand-new, state-of-the-art Angiography suites located adjacent to a 41-bed coronary care unit. In conjunction with these three labs, there is also a Hybrid suite within the theatre complex, conveniently connected to the 10-bed Level 3 Intensive Care Unit.

ABOUT THE POSITION As the Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures;
- Providing exceptional customer service and person-centred and evidence-based care;
- Providing supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses, graduates and students and AINs/PSAs;
- Working as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, managing own work time and personal well-being;
- Leading successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes;
- Being invloved in clinical and compliance auditing.
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- A minimum of 3 years' full-time scrub scout experience;
- Previous experience with Orthopaedics / Neurosurgery (Essential);
- Have relevant post-graduate qualifications (desirable);
- Demonstrated exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients within the perioperative complex;
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team;
- Implementing strategies to ensure quality and risk management are integrated into daily activities.
