What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift

• Oversee medication distribution and patient care

• Conduct rounds and provide education to staff and families

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations

What You’ll Need:

• NJ RN license (unencumbered)

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing

• Long-term care experience a plus

• LPNs with leadership experience may be considered
