Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Supervising and mentoring a team of caregivers to ensure exceptional care and service to our residents. • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. • Providing ongoing education and training to caregivers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care. • Collaborating with other members of the care team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services. • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure our care services are meeting the highest standards. • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and other stakeholders. • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff. • Participating in on-call rotation as needed. • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
